The Servant's Closet at a Glance
A Bit of Background
In 2017, after a mission to Appalachia, founder Dana Watson was inspired to start Servant's Closet - an organization whose mission is to serve the community of Leslie County, Kentucky. The Servant’s Closet is a 501(c)(3), non-profit mission whose goal is to provide various services to the community of Leslie County, Kentucky. The desire of the hearts at The Servant’s Closet is to provide services not only for children, but the entire community. Servant's Closet serves in a multitude of ways including food box deliveries, home repairs, church and school giveaways, and providing for veterans and senior citizens.

United Communities
1 in 5 people in Leslie County are "food insecure", not sure where their next meal will come from. At The Servant's Closet, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Due to the rural nature of many of the homes in the area, food is delivered one box at a time to many people.
Church & School Giveaways
Reinforcing our Commitment
Delivering the necessary supplies and goods are vital to the growth and sustainment of the community. Through works of churches from across the nation, we have provided school supplies, shoes, and clothes to children and families in need. Nothing compares to the face of a child with a new pair of shoes to start the school year.
Serving Veterans &
Senior Citizens
One Step at a Time
While children and families are a focus, the Veterans and Senior Citizens are among the most vunerable in the area. Through home food deliveries and home repairs, we seek to improve the living conditions and reach the hearts of those in the community.
